As soon as we receive your order, we want to make sure your Bullboxer Shoes arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Information

Delivery time

If you place your order before 22.00 o'clock, we will ship it the same day. On most occasions, your order will be delivered on your doorstep the next day. How fast we can deliver your new shoes, is dependent on the country of delivery. 

Free shipping
Fill up your shopping bag with Bullboxer shoes for € 50 and we will ship your order for free to The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. If you did not manage to get to this amount, we will add a shipping fee to your cart. The shipping fee depends on the country of your shipping address. 

Returns

All unused items may be returned in its original packing within 30 days. Items can be returned for free for all orders shipped to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For all other countries, the shipping costs of your return are at your own costs. Online orders can’t be returned at our stores or other points of sale.

Please follow these steps to return your order:

1. To make sure we can handle your return as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to register your return by logging into your account.
2. Go to 'My orders' and select your order.
3. Click on 'Return' and fill out all fields.
4. Please enclose your packing list, so we can handle your return as quickly as possible. Please note: we will not send you a confirmation by e-mail after you have registered your return. 
5. Did you register your return? Attach the return label and bring your package to a post office near you. Please send the parcel to:

6. Within 14 days we will refund the returned items to the bank account you have used to place your order. All returned items are checked upon arrival, Bullboxer can charge extra costs when we receive damaged items. Bullboxer is not responsible for items that are incorrectly returned to us.
